Pre-Order Policy

 

 

Shipping for Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped out approximately 1-3 days after we receive the product. As deliveries to Hawaii usually take slightly longer than to other parts of the U.S, this typically ends up being 4-7 days after the set releases. All items in an order will be shipped out together, thus all items in your order will not ship until the pre-order set releases.

Any items that you would like to be shipped before the pre-order item releases should be put in a completely separate order. Orders cannot be partially cancelled/fulfilled.

Example: If a set releases in 1 month, all items in that order will not ship until the new set releases; at least 1 months time.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as we have not shipped the order yet. All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee that is non-refundable. This fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount. To cancel a Pre-Order, please email support@plutotcg.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #(insert order number here)".
